Our Story

  • 2020
    White Sparrow was launched right at the beginning of 2020 as a mobile espresso bar doing pop-ups.
  • 2020
    A few months after starting our operations we were forced to come to a halt due to COVID-19. I thought it was over. We were all just trying to make it through the pandemic at that point.
  • 2021
    After months of not being able to operate, we got the opportunity to open up a little temporary residency inside of a bookstore in the heart of Old Town Tustin which we operated for almost one year.
  • 2022
    We had acquired a space right across the street that use to be a barber shop that operated for over 45 years. We worked on that space day and night until we were able to finally open our doors to the community on July 9th 2022.
